JoAnn Lockard, Esq.
Vice President & Division Counsel
JoAnn Lockard was the former owner of the Ranch & Coast Division of Chicago Title Company. She sold her 8 independent escrow branches (Escondido Escrow/Ranch & Coast Escrow) and 1 national timeshare division to Chicago Title in 1998. Today, JoAnn continues to oversee and manage these operations for Chicago Title. JoAnn's entire 30+ year career has been dedicated to the escrow profession. In her present capacity as Vice President and Division Counsel for Chicago Title, JoAnn is very involved in escrow risk management and policy making for Southern California best-practices. She is a frequent lecturer about escrow and issues related to the real estate industry. Additionally, JoAnn travels extensively throughout the Nation on behalf of Chicago Title's National Timeshare Division assisting developers and local counsel with escrow closing, title insurance underwriting, and regulatory issues that are inherent to multi-state timeshare sales. JoAnn's diverse knowledge and understanding of this niche escrow closing business, coupled with her people skills and entrepreneurial energy, makes her well qualified to share her opinions on today's subjects.
